WHY SHOULD I FACE PAINT
Because it is awesome. That's the one and only reason why you should start face painting. You can spend whole days figuring out which stencils to use or imagine something you want to draw yourself. I can't count the days I have spend browsing the internet and makeup fora looking for new face painting ideas. To this day I still browse facebook, pinterest, instagram and other place for new ideas. You can always find something interesting you havn't thought of using before.
HOW DO I FACE PAINT
It's really easy and doesn't require that much time for basic stencils. If you are a male you might have to get used to putting makeup on your face, but as a girl you already know all the tricks. When using face paint you just go a bit further than regular make-up. It isn't anything special to do, but it does make you look very special! If you are going out at night or to a party in the dark with blacklights you could use neon face paint to give you a glow that will make everyone go "WOW".
WHERE DO I GET MY FACE PAINTING SUPPLIES
All you require is one of the few basic face painting kits that you can find on amazon, walmart or kid's stores. I linked to a very interesting article that will guide you to beginning with face painting, which supplies you should get and how to use them.
If you do not get a face painting kit, but rather buy your own supplies you might go buy a lot of new products that you might never use. So starting out with a kit is really useful and you can slowly grow the diversity in products you own. If you do decide to get your own supplies, don't forget to always buy a palette with many different colors. This way you can easily test new colors out and buy more of them if you fell in love. I would also suggest buying more white than on the palette, you will use white quite a bit with face painting!
